Quavers is about that run in at the bar with the one who outstays their welcome in every social interaction. It's about the men you meet who open with 'I'm not racist, but…' and it's written to out the bad behaviours of the trust fund babies whose actions force you into angry outbursts and confectionary theft.
It's a song written to play live and an experiment to see where our sound can go next, influenced by bands like Idles, Pulled Apart by Horses, The Streets, Courtney Barnett and Enter Shikari. It is meant to be turned up loud and screamed along to.
